Your Nova James jewellery is designed for everyday wear. Crafted from premium stainless steel with gold PVD plating, every piece is waterproof, tarnish resistant and hypoallergenic, so you can wear it with confidence.

To help keep your jewellery looking its best for years to come, we recommend:

  • Store your jewellery in your Nova James pouch in a dry place when not in use.
  • Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes and harsh cleaning chemicals
  • Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft jewellery cloth whenever needed to remove oils and residue
  • Remove jewellery before heavy exercise or activities that may damage jewellery

Shipping

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been packed, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We ship all New Zealand orders using NZ Post's tracked signature service.

If you've changed your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

If your jewellery develops a manufacturing fault within 150 days of purchase, we'll happily replace or refund your item.


Our Quality Guarantee covers manufacturing faults such as:

  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Loose or missing stones
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Other faults that don't occur under normal wear

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, loss, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care.
