Shipping policy

All orders are packaged and ready for the courier within 12 hours of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is packed.

 

We use NZ Post couriers and provide shipping to PO Boxes

 

  • Standard NZ shipping, with signature required $10.00
  • (1 - 3 days for urban areas)
  • Standard NZ shipping (3 - 5 days rural areas) $10.00
  • Orders over $100 receive free shipping

 

  • Standard Australian Shipping (5 - 7 days) $25.00
  • Orders over $150 receive free shipping

Please note these times can change in busy periods like Christmas, Easter and Hawke's Bay anniversary, where we are based. If you haven't received your parcel within the allocated time frame please contact us at info@novajames.co.nz

 

Our parcels are signature required, please make sure someone will be home to sign for your items. If you have an Authority To Leave (ATL) with your local courier driver, please make sure it is left somewhere safe and secure. Nova James Jewellery will not refund or replace your items if they are stolen through ATL. If your package is delivered to the wrong address or not delivered through fault of the courier provider, Nova James Jewellery will lodge an investigation on your behalf. Once the investigation is concluded and it is deemed to be no fault of the customer, Nova James Jewellery will reimburse all costs to the customer.
